    My feeder quit charging after about 7 months and Coolfly replaced it with no issues. Their customer service is fantastic. They sent me a new camera to replace the original one at no charge.

    I did have to replace the solar charger after an unknown critter chewed off the cord at the back of the feeder. ( probably a squirrel )

    I'd recommend Coolfly make a cord that isn't internally connected to the feeder, then the fix would be much less expensive as you could just purchase a double male USBC Cord at the computer store to fix it. Darn squirrels!

    Couldn’t give a review at this time I need to reorder due to squirrels eating the wire before finishing set up
    I guess some feedback would be to have the cord plug in on both ends if possible

    I am happy with this as it works very well. This was a replacement for the original one; a squirrel chewed through the cord on that one.

    I went to put New Bird feeder up and the sleeve that hooks bird feeder to pole broke off Top part that has the screw detached from the sleeve that has the tighting screw on the side. How do I get a replacement part. ?
