COOLFLY Shipping Policy

Important Notice Regarding Shipping Locations:

Currently, only orders within the contiguous United States are shipped directly from our local domestic warehouses. Please note: We currently do not ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), APO/FPO addresses, or US territories.

For all other international regions (Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, Asia, etc.), shipping availability and delivery times depend entirely on real-time inventory and international logistics. We cannot guarantee stock or successful delivery to all international destinations. If your region is unavailable at checkout, or if we are unable to fulfill your order due to logistics restrictions, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

United States Shipping Rates & Times

We offer both Standard and Express shipping options for our US customers within the lower 48 states. Processing time for all orders is typically 2-3 Business Days before shipment.

International Estimated Shipping Times

For regions where international shipping is currently supported, the standard processing time is 2-3 Business Days. Shipping fees will be calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location and actual inventory availability.

  • Canada / UK / Asia: 5-10 Business Days
  • Europe / Australia / New Zealand: 10-15 Business Days
  • Other Countries: Depending on the destination

Taxes & Customs Duties

For US Customers: Prices shown on our product pages do not include sales tax. Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your total at checkout based on your shipping address and respective state laws.

For International Customers: Deliveries outside of the US may be subject to additional customs duties and import taxes. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for specific amounts.

* Please note that in the event of exchanges or returns, any duties and taxes paid during delivery will not be refunded.

Delivery Terms & Processing Notes

  • Your orders will be delivered by a courier Monday to Friday.
  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the next working day.
  • Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays, major festivals, and sale periods. Delays may also occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.

Order Verification

For security purposes, some orders may require additional verification. If your order is flagged by our fraud prevention system, we may contact you via email to confirm your purchase. Orders requiring verification will only be processed after confirmation is received. Shipping times may be affected depending on response time. If no response is received within a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

Late or Lost Orders

When placing your order, please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address. COOLFLY takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address provided by the customer.

Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at support@ourcoolfly.com. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch (25 working days for international items).

Items Not Received (Tracking Shows Delivered)

This may happen when items are sent to places of work, shared buildings, or left at the porch. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or signed for by a colleague/neighbor.

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being "Delivered" by the courier. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.

Why Was My Order Cancelled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent, or the item is out of stock in your region's warehouse. If you are sure your payment is safe, please ensure the billing address matches the payment method you are using, and checkout again. Alternatively, please order again with a PayPal account.
