Return Permitted:
Dead On Arrival (DOA) and Hardware Defective.
Does Not cover:
- Damage from misuse or abuse
- Damage from lack of reasonable care
- Damage from force majeure
- Damage from natural forces/disasters
- Damage from Inadequate repairs performed by unauthorized service centers
- Water damage on non-water-resistant products
- Theft or losing the item

How to Initiate a Return?
Step 1: Please reach out to our customer service team support@ourcoolfly.com with the ticket number.
Step 2: We will provide you with return instructions based on the diagnosis result and arrange for either a refund or replacement.
Step 3: We require that you ship the product back to us within 5 business days of receiving return instructions. Failure to do so may result in CoolFly declining to accept the return product.
How Long Does Refund Take?
It usually takes 3-5 business days for us to process the refund after we get the tracking number of the return package.
Please note: If the reason for the return is due to the buyer's discretion, the buyer will be responsible for covering the return
shipping fees. If the reason for the return is due to product defects, CoolFly will afford the shipping fees, it will pay to logistic agent by CooFly directly. (Return is only supported by UPS/DHL Business Express.)
