Which plan includes the free smart bird device?

The free smart bird device is only included with the Pro membership.Pro members can claim one complimentary device as part of the premium birdwatching experience.

After purchasing the Pro membership, you will be able to select and claim your free device during the activation process.Shipping information will be provided after your order is completed.

5. Do I need a membership to use the device?

No. The device can be used without a membership.However, Birding VIP unlocks additional features such as expanded cloud storage, AI-powered insights, and enhanced sharing capabilities.

6. Do devices include built-in cloud storage?

Yes. COOLFLY devices include built-in cloud storage depending on the device model.Some devices provide 3 days, 7 days, or 15 days of cloud storage by default.Membership plans add additional features and enhanced functionality beyond the device’s built-in capabilities.

7. Can I upgrade my membership later?

Yes. You can upgrade your membership anytime from Basic or Plus to Pro to unlock additional features and benefits.

8. How many devices can I connect?

Basic and Plus plans support a limited number of connected devices and sharing users.Pro members can connect unlimited primary devices, making it ideal for users with multiple feeders or cameras.

Yes. Reelook supports full-color night vision, allowing you to capture clear bird activity even after dark.

10. Is the device suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. The device is designed for outdoor environments and can withstand rain, snow, heat, and cold, ensuring reliable performance throughout the year.

1. Subscription & Stacking

  • Active plans precede campaign perks; campaign Pro tiers will not overwrite current subscriptions.
  • New membership periods add automatically and take effect after your current plan expires.
  • You may cancel current auto-renewals to prioritize using campaign perks.

2. Purchase & Eligibility

  • Supports multiple purchases; rewards and durations will accumulate accordingly.
  • Free hardware is valid only for purchases via the COOLFLY Webstore.
  • Campaign membership purchases cannot be combined with any other webstore discounts or coupons.

3. Fulfillment & Deadlines

  • Hardware ships only after the membership has been successfully credited to your account.
  • This offer expires on March 31st at 23:59.

4. Refund & Maintenance

  • All memberships are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Free devices include standard support for manufacturing or non-accidental defects.

5. Verification
